We are in the process of starting our Clinical Trial Logistics service which is an important component of a clinical development program.  The solution would be to provide an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), which can be used for patient randomization and enrollment, as well as logistics of clinical supply management.  The system would provide 24-hour tracking and support by staff coordinators, programmers, and clinical supply experts.
